Qualified U.S. investors can now subscribe to and redeem JPMorgan's MONY and JLTXX tokenized money market funds on Solana through Morgan Money, with token balances delivered to their blockchain addresses. The launch, announced by J.P. Morgan Asset Management on October 22, adds Solana as another network for both products, according to crypto.news.

Fund structures
MONY, the My OnChain Net Yield Fund, launched on Ethereum in December 2025 as a Rule 506(c) private placement providing eligible investors with exposure to U.S. dollar yields. Its FAQ sets $1 million as the entry threshold, charges 16 basis points and keeps official shareholder records offchain. It is domiciled in the British Virgin Islands, holds U.S. Treasury securities and Treasury-backed repurchase agreements, and is not subject to Rule 2a-7. Its guidelines aim to maintain a stable $1 net asset value and restrict Treasury purchases to paper with 93 days or less remaining or maturing within 93 days. SS&C is the transfer agent.
JLTXX, the JPMorgan OnChain Liquidity–Token Money Market Fund, is a U.S.-registered government money market fund designed to support stablecoin issuers. The October release described it as supporting stablecoin issuers under the GENIUS Act. The May 13 prospectus made Ethereum the sole public network then available and anticipated support for additional blockchains. Before buying, redeeming or transferring tokens, investors need approved addresses, and an allow list confines activity to approved participants. Legal share ownership is determined from the transfer agent's investor register, while the filing warns that onchain balances may not immediately match it when instructions arrive outside business days.
Access controls
Both funds require an investor's own blockchain address and retain eligibility requirements. MONY adds anti-money laundering and know-your-customer onboarding, permits direct token interactions for transfers and transaction requests, and limits peer-to-peer transfers to clients. JLTXX has a $1 million opening minimum, allows later purchases without a stated minimum and permits minimum waivers. After waivers and reimbursements, the filing lists annual expenses of 0.16%, with the arrangements scheduled through June 30, 2028. Optional services can exchange USDC for dollars before a purchase, then convert the cash received on redemption back into USDC. Circle is not affiliated with the fund, its adviser or Kinexys.
Funding history
Earlier coverage documented a $100 million seed investment when MONY launched on Ethereum in December 2025. That figure represented initial internal capital, not the amount held on Solana or MONY's current total assets. The December launch formed part of JPMorgan's move into public blockchain infrastructure through its Kinexys business, and institutional cash management was described as the product's intended use. BlackRock and Franklin Templeton also brought tokenized funds to Solana in 2025.
J.P. Morgan Asset Management reported $4.8 trillion in assets under management as of September 30, 2026. The Solana deployment adds a second network to funds that initially launched on Ethereum. A CryptoNews report described the deployment as another route for institutional investors to access onchain cash-management products. The announcement does not disclose current assets for either fund.
Network reach
Subscriptions, redemptions and token balances for both products are handled through Morgan Money. The MONY FAQ predates the Solana expansion and does not establish every operational detail of the deployment, while the JLTXX prospectus set its approved-wallet framework before Solana was added.
"Our clients operate across more than one network, and their liquidity should too," — Paul Przybylski, global head of product, digital and tokenized assets.
Przybylski said the multi-network approach was designed to reflect how clients operate across the networks they use.
